First: to provide an air service into the Hobart and William Smith community. Including increased accessibility for HWS Pupils to sponsor an onair series, a rock/alternative/eclectic arrangement directed toward students throughout non-live DJ times, along with other newscasts and applicable special programming directed toward the HWS campus and network.
