KZSC FM is a non-business, instructive open radio station authorized by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to the University of California. The station’s obligations are to both the permit grantor and permit holder. The station’s obligation to the UC Regents is to fill in as a preparation ground for UC Santa Cruz understudies wishing to seek after an expert profession or a professional action in the communicate business.
