Pite FM – The student radio station at Pitea’s Academy of Music in Pitea began in 1989. It was established so that students enrolled in audio engineering program would be able to experience the opportunity to practice their skills. The broadcasting time was twice a week before moving to their local association for radio in Pitea. The owner of the licence to broadcast was actually the Student Union at the Academy of Music in Pitea. Then it was added the station Alice 92.8 was added to the list, and broadcast in that state.
