Radio kosova e lire – Decision on the Establishment of Radio Free Kosova and Kosovapress News Agency, has received the General Staff of the Kosovo Liberation Army, in a meeting held on November 13, 1998.
The first team of journalists and technicians have made Radios: Ahmet Ceric, Nezir Myrtaj, Martin Guy, Nusret Plana, Habib Zogaj, Fatmir Dugolli, Hoti and Rizah Valdet Berisha.
