4NPR – Black Star Network is a network of Indigenous Community Radio Stations serving the Cape York and Gulf areas of Queensland. It is coordinated by the Queensland Remote Aboriginal Media Association (QRAM) which is based in Cairns. There is an impressive variety of styles of music including news, weather, and Local Information. This is a fresh way of communicating in remote Queensland and is of general interest.
