Mustar FM – The Cultural Life Public Association operates the Mustard House Youth Information and Counselling Office since January of 2006. The Mustard House was established with the aim to help live in the city, young students gain information and learn valuable recreational opportunities, provide alternative entertainment for them, to support self-organized groups established and functioning, take part in shaping the lives of local youth.
