Radio Blagoevgrad started with a 80 minute own program (6:30 to 07:20 and 19:00 – 19: 30h.). Since 1975, the program time is increased to 2 hours of 1977 – 2 hours. And 30 min., And the 1981 – 5 hours. At the beginning of 1989, introduces a uniform transmission time of all regional stations of Bulgarian Radio (06: 00-09: 00h. and 17:00 to 12:00 h.) Since 1994, the programs are 13 hours a day, and by 1996 – 18 hours. Today Radio Blagoevgrad, as regional station in the system of the Bulgarian National Radio, broadcast a 24-hour lounge program.
